SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Prices displayed on the website, listed in HK$, are those in effect at the time of registration of the order form by the user. Transport is not included in the price indicated on the product sheet. The total price indicated in the summary of the user’s order is the final price. This price includes the total price of the order with product details and shipping cost. All prices are quoted excluding tax. The sales prices of the products can be modified by the Company at any time.

The prices in force are displayed on the website of the seller on the day of the ordering.

For Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR countries: No additional customs duties shall be paid by the user. Any change in the tax rate can be reflected in the price of goods or services. For countries outside Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR, the user or the person acknowledging receipt of the parcel will pay directly to the carrier any customs duties and taxes.

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the user on the order form, whether in Hong Kong or internationally. If the procedures outlined below are not followed, the user's claim will not be accepted. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. All orders are subject to product availability and will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the order date. Users are responsible for providing the following information at the time of the order:

· Email address

· First and last name

· Address (street and number) and building (number and/or letter)

· City

· Postal code

· Country

· Telephone number

If there is an error in the recipient's address, the seller cannot be held liable for any delivery issues. Similarly, if the user cancels an order after it has been shipped, shipping costs will not be refunded. The data recorded by the seller’s computer system serves as proof of all transactions between the seller and the user.

DELIVERY TO HONG KONG

We offer delivery to nearly all areas of Hong Kong, except locations that are inaccessible by road or have restricted access. This includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Lantau, Discovery Bay, and other Outlying Islands.

If the recipient is not at home during the delivery, it may take longer to receive the product. Orders over HKD 500 qualify for free shipping via our delivery partner, SF Express, which includes a tracking number. For orders below HKD 500, the same delivery method will be used, but a shipping fee of HKD 50 will apply. If you do not receive your delivery within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately for assistance.

DELIVERY TO MACAU

We provide delivery services to Macau. Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day and is expected to arrive within 3-6 working days after your order is placed. Orders exceeding HKD 700 are eligible for free shipping, sent via SF Express with a tracking number. For orders below HKD 700, a shipping charge of HKD 70 will be added.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International deliveries are handled by Express Courier services (FedEx, DHL, etc.). We will send your order with a tracking number for consistent traceability. Deliveries typically occur within one week to major cities worldwide. Shipping charges for international deliveries are based on current rates and are applicable for weights up to 10 kg. We do not recommend ordering more than 10 kg of food products internationally at once unless you are a professional user. For international orders exceeding 10 kg of spices, please contact our sales team at info@aromatizz.com for a custom shipping quote.

Please note that our products are food items, which may face stricter scrutiny when crossing international borders compared to non-food items. Customs delays are not included in our shipping estimates. In most major countries, customs clearance usually takes 1-2 days and may require a response from the recipient.

CreAction International does not assume responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or any related customs charges, procedures, tax requirements, documentation, or other legal obligations at the destination country. It is your responsibility to be informed about the requirements for importing dry food products into your country and to pay any applicable import duties and taxes required for customs clearance. If goods cannot be delivered due to local circumstances (such as the need for import licenses, tax payments, duties, or special documents), CreAction International Ltd. will not issue refunds, replacements, or any other remedies.

If you require special documentation for your import needs, please communicate with us before placing your order and await our confirmation that we can provide the necessary documents. We can typically furnish most of these documents (e.g., lab tests, phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, etc.) for an additional fee. Please note that preparing these documents may delay your delivery, as some may require third-party inspections and processing times.

All our products are natural and are not genetically modified. As such, each spice may vary in appearance, flavour and aroma. The fineness of ground spices varies significantly depending on the raw materials used, and each spice has its own specific grind consistency.

Spice prices can fluctuate significantly, sometimes by as much as several hundred percent, throughout the seasons. Unlike traditional retailers, we do not tie our prices to fixed rates but rather to quality. Consequently, our prices may rise or fall in response to market conditions.
